How The "CreaseMaster" was born.

A friend of mine had problems creasing some 250 gm. stock. "You like a challenge
he said". See if you can get rid of this cracking!."I will give a whirl"
Looking at the method he was using, steel seemed harsh to me, I decided to try rubber, found it to form quite
a good crease but it was soft and did not last long, from that moved I onto ABS plastic, that was also to soft but an
improvement on rubber. After trying several different plastics and various shapes on the former, I decided to settle for a
specially formulated aviation plastic, this together with angles blending with radii became the shape I felt was
the right permutation. It will handle from 150 gsm to 350 gsm without problem.

the material used for the former is very durable with quantities of 8 million being produced. The
former can be changed from size to size without the need to remove the holder on which it is housed during operation. The boxed
set includes 3 formers, former holder, female roller with 6 pre cut grooves, two tommy bars, one allen key and full comprehensive
instructions.
so the "CreaseMaster"
was born.
