Covercrease
Covercrease eliminates cracking on a wide range of stock weights right through
to common coated boards and heavy printed solids, increasing your stitching lines flexibility and eliminating the time lost
to "off machine" processes.
Using the reverse crease principle (as on a Heidleberg cylinder) Covercrease
gives you a deep non-cracking crease.
Apart from the obvious cost and time saving
advantages of Covercrease over a conventional cylinder, Covercrease allows the infinite adjustment of depth by the means
of the pressure spring, creating a deeper and wider score, to suit the job as required instantly.
Covercrease runs on a specially manufactured steel based polymer creasing band which last in excess of
500,000 copies and can be changed in minutes.
